zumba

Due to funding, we have been able to make the Zumba sessions free of charge. However, there is the option to donate via the QR code on the poster if this is something you would like to do. There is a large poster on the noticeboard in the church hall. There is also a wooden donation box if you would prefer to donate cash.

Bible Study

Bible Study will take place on alternate Tuesdays at 10am in the meeting room at the back of church. You don't have to be a regular in church to attend. The sessions will be led by Mark and will loosely follow what has been preached on in church.

saturday coffee mornings

Unfortunately, we won't be resuming our Saturday coffee mornings until after the summer.

Children's activities

We link with Staines Congregational Church and invite our youth to join in their separate children's activities.

Please get in touch through our CONTACT page if you'd like to find out more information about the various youth groups that run from Staines Congregational Church, as well as Espresso Church which is a youth-led evening service.

There are also plenty of Youth Activities taking part at Ashford Congregational Church.

courses

We are currently developing a Get to Know You course aimed at adults who currently attend our church regularly but are not yet members. Mark will be in touch with you individually about this.

At some point in the near future, we will be running Speak Life's 3-2-1 course which is ideal if you are new to Christianity, or if you just want to find out more. Please get in touch if you would like more information through our CONTACT page. It's a short video-based course with thought-provoking questions and discussion.

manna Food bank

Food Bank Collections

Stanwell Congregational Church has regularly contributed to Manna Food Bank and serving the community in this way is something we are keen to continue. Rest assured, Stanwell residents can benefit from Manna Food Bank distributions.

Manna Food Bank is a local charity in the Borough of Spelthorne, supporting local families and individuals who are referred to us by agencies, both statutory and voluntary, and perceived as being in emergency need of food and household essentials.  The Food Bank was started by a group of churches and is entirely run by volunteers. As a church, we are able to refer people if they need support from the Food Bank. Please contribute, if you're able to, to the collection box in the church. If you require support with regards to a referral, please CONTACT Sarah and she will complete a referral form if appropriate.
